At HeatTrak, we stand behind our snow-melting technology and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your mats aren't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your HeatTrak mats in their original packaging, ensuring all power cords and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned mats for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
